San Francisco’s, Urban Scandal Records has just announced the signing of Dallas “Pot Punk” band, Fairbanks. Urban Scandal will be releasing a new EP by the group titled Eat This Record in November and Fairbanks will be embarking on a West Coast tour this winter in support of the EP.
